From humble beginnings as an addition to the John W. Law Company in the mid-1950s, HKP has grown into a nationally recognized workforce management solutions provider. When the John W. Law Company became Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. in 1985, payroll services gained a unique advantage. Now under the leadership of Certified Public Accountants the firm could ensure that payroll tax, an enormous burden for clients, was processed correctly and in a timely manner.

HKP became its own company in 2009 after decades of growth. The company adopted the name HKP in 2012 to reflect its expansion after Honkamp Krueger moved its human capital services from the CPA firm to HK Payroll Services. Despite our growth, the client has always remained our priority.
