When John W. Law Company became Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. in 1985, payroll services now had a unique edge – it was being offered under the leadership and knowledge of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). The firm’s CPAs would ensure that payroll tax, an enormous burden to clients, was paid correctly and timely.

In 2009, the payroll department was spun off into its own company, HK Payroll Services. Still led by CPAs, HK Payroll Services has over 50 staff including Certified Payroll Professionals who have the depth of knowledge and robust experience to make sure every single payroll is processed accurately and on time. Also, HK Payroll Services is proud to be SAS Type II certified, which ensures a high-level of security and confidentiality in our processes.
