Experience: Tracey has more than twenty-five years of payroll experience. Previously, she was a payroll and employee benefits manager for a major meatpacking company with over 2,000 employees and a payroll supervisor with a publishing firm of over 1,600 employees. She has been with HK Payroll Services since 1997.

As operations manager, Tracey oversees the processing of payroll for thousands of businesses, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 1000 companies to franchise organizations. Also, she has vast experience resolving payroll tax notices by assisting clients with communication to agencies on both the federal and state level. Finally, Tracey leads the payroll industry’s best customer support team. As a matter of fact, Tracey provides her home phone number to every single client.

Education: Tracey has earned the credentials of Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
