Human Resources Consultant 
Seeking an individual with broad-based human resource (HR) generalist experience to join HK Payroll Services Inc. An HR consultant is a member of HKP’s expanding HR consulting services team, uncovering new and innovative ways to cross-service clients. This position will consult with firm clients on human resource related projects and issues including organizational development, employee relations, governmental compliance, employee assessments, compensation and benefits, HR audits, and any other human capital related issues.
The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit for first-class client service and growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates must have a B.A./B.S. in human resources, business or a related field and demonstrated knowledge and experience with all areas of HR. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
