Class description
During this class, you will learn:
- What progressive discipline is
- How to effectively use progressive discipline including proper documentation, conversation and follow up
- How to handle some difficult disciplinary situations
This course, appropriate for anyone with supervisory responsibilities, will include interactive discussions, video, presentation and examples of real life court cases.
