Class description
During this class, participants will learn:
- Recognizing red flags
- What the protected classes are
- What types of questions are appropriate to ask an applicant and which are not
- When medical questions can be asked and a physical exam required
- What to do when an applicant discloses that he/she is a member of a protected class
This course will include interactive discussions, video, presentation and examples of real life court cases.
