Tom has deep expertise in HK’s human capital suite of services and has been a member of the Honkamp Krueger Family of Companies since 1995. Also, Tom leads Honkamp Krueger’s National Franchise Services Practice which includes over 30 organizations from the Fortune 500, along with a wide-variety of mid-market and early-growth phase franchise owners and franchisors.

Tom and his wife, Mary Ann Saunders, have three children, Madeline, Hannah and Benjamin. His hobbies are chess, model trains, German Shepherds and Koi.
