Tom has deep expertise in HK’s human capital suite of services and has been a member of the Honkamp Krueger Family of Companies since 1995. Also, Tom leads Honkamp Krueger’s
National Franchise Services Practice which includes over 30 organizations from the
Fortune 500, along with a wide-variety of mid-market and early-growth phase franchise
owners and franchisors.

their workforce management processes. This includes data access and analysis, human
capital efficiencies, business systems return on investment (ROI), and profits and

Tom and his wife, Mary
Ann Saunders, have three children, Madeline, Hannah and Benjamin. His hobbies are
