Tracey has more than 25 years of payroll experience. Previously, she was a payroll and employee benefits manager for a major meatpacking company with over 2,000 employees and a payroll supervisor with a publishing firm of over 1,600 employees. She has been with HKP since 1997.
As the partner in charge of client services, Tracey oversees the implementation and operations of HKP’s web-based workforce management solution comprised of payroll, human resources, benefits, time and attendance, and applicant tracking for thousands of businesses, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 1000 companies to franchise organizations. She also has extensive experience resolving payroll tax notices by assisting clients with communication to agencies on both the federal and state level. Tracey leads the payroll industry’s best implementation and customer support teams, ensuring a smooth transition to HKP’s cloud-based solution.
